These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "Customer," or "you") and Nodoka ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a custom sliding wardrobe manufacturing company. By placing an order, accessing our website, or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or website. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All services are provided subject to availability and our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any lawful reason.
All quotations provided by Nodoka are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to change if specifications are modified or if site conditions differ from those initially assessed.
An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit payment. Once confirmed, orders enter our production schedule and are subject to our cancellation and modification policies outlined in Section 5.
Important: Accurate measurements are critical to the successful manufacture and installation of your wardrobe. While we provide professional measurement services, customers who choose to provide their own measurements assume full responsibility for any errors. We strongly recommend utilizing our professional measurement service to ensure precision.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices include standard materials, manufacturing, and installation within our standard service area. Additional charges may apply for:

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods as agreed upon. Late payments may result in delayed production or installation and may incur additional charges.
Customers may cancel orders according to the following terms:
Minor modifications to approved designs may be accommodated before production begins, subject to additional charges if they affect material costs or production time. Once production has commenced, significant modifications cannot be accommodated, and a new order may be required.
Standard production time is 4-6 weeks from order confirmation, with installation scheduled within 1-2 weeks following production completion. These timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodoka's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of data.
All designs, drawings, specifications, and other materials created by Nodoka remain our intellectual property. Customers receive a license to use the final installed product but may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for any other purpose without written permission.
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Personal data collected during the order process will be used solely for fulfilling your order and providing customer service. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
